We setup and takedown your personal decor items allowing your friends and family the time to be fully present for you, and for you to be present and emotionally available on your wedding day. You design it, acquire/rent the items, assemble any DIY, and we pull it all together on wedding day bringing your vision to life! This service is perfect for those who do not have a wedding planner or coordinator that is already offering setup of decor. 

Decor Setup
Included in this service is the placing of and setting personal decor for:
Welcome Table
Sweetheart Table
Cake Table
Card Box
Place Cards
Signage
Menus

Photos
Gift Bags / Favors
Votives, Candles 
Centerpiece decor that is personal items (not brought in from another vendor)
Can repurpose ceremony decor and florals to reception room 

Decor Takedown
Make sure all decor that was unboxed for setup is returned to the same boxes
Oversee the removal of decor and loading in designated person's vehicle
Assure your personal belongings are off property by your contracted end time

Pricing will vary based on number of guests, number of tables, and amount of personal decor. Discount given when combined with our DJ services.
